IFCS 2024 Data Science, Classification and Artificial Intelligence for Modeling Decision Making, 18th Conference of the International Federation and Classification Societies (IFCS),  San José, Costa Rica, on 15-19 July 2024.  University of Costa Rica hosts the IFCS Conference organized by the Central American and Caribbean Society for Classification and Data Analysis (SoCCCAD). The International Federation and Classification Societies (IFCS) groups the national or regional classification societies all around the world and organizes an international conference every two years since 1987. 

ECDA 2024 European Conference on Data Analysis (ECDA), Sopot, Poland 9-11 September 2024. Local organizer of ECDA 2024 is the Faculty of Management, University of Gdansk. Since ECDA 2013 at the University of Luxembourg the European Conference on Data Analysis (ECDA) is an annual conference promoting the analytical aspects of data science by linking statistics, computer science and applications in the data domain. The conference covers topics related to data analysis, including machine learning, statistical learning, visualisation of data, big data infrastructures and analytics, interactive learning, and advanced computing. ECDA is organised under the auspices of the Gesellschaft für Klassifikation (GfKl) – Data Science Society, the European Association for Data Science (EuADS), the Polish Classification Society (Sekcja Klasyfikacji i Analizy Danych – SKAD), the British Data Science Society (BDSS), and the Classification and Data Analysis Group (CLADAG) of the Italian Statistical Society.
